WT - Win98 - Avoiding startup applications

As you know if you press to SHIFT key on the Windows 98 booting process, then no applications on the StartUp folde will be activated. Unfortunately, if you perfom this process to fast then Windows98 will executed on the Safe mode. The better method is using Ctrl key when th hourglass pointe appears on the screen
